    My Approach to Life Coaching

    My name is Melissa and I'm a practising Life Coach in London. I am committed to providing Coaching and Personal Guidance in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment.

    As a qualified Life Coach I have witnessed how Coaching can transform the lives of clients and enable them to live with increased confidence, direction and fulfilment.

    Life Coaching is about discovering what you really want, focussing on it and getting there with the help and encouragement of your Coach. A Life Coach can help you see possibilities and opportunities easier and faster than you could on your own. I can help you look at things from a different perspective, one that you have probably never looked at before. By helping you focus and keep up the momentum you can achieve more than you ever thought possible.

    My clients tend to be intelligent, personable people who want something more or better in their lives than they have at the moment. Some know exactly what it is and some do not, but they all understand that investing in themselves will help them.

    My approach is to help the client identify what they need to do and to look at their unique individual needs. My aim is to guide my clients into achieving their full potential, and help them realise what more they have to offer through learning to help themselves.

    I practice within Central London, Fulham, Chelsea, Kensington and in the City visiting you either at home to gain more of an idea of what we are working towards or at a local venue for a more formal session. I can work on an open-ended basis or for an agreed period of time.
